About the founder
Founder & Community Educator
Nadja Mummery is a passionate community educator and the founder of Learn to Heal Consulting, where she helps individuals and organizations navigate complex issues with compassion and expertise. With over a decade of experience serving organizations locally and across the country, she has dedicated her career to fostering positive change.
Her work began in grassroots, community-based organizations, where she was instrumental in creating programs that tackled the realities of poverty, trauma, and discrimination. Nadja’s work is deeply rooted in a trauma-informed and racial equity lens, ensuring her approach is always empathetic and inclusive.
A certified Trauma-Competent Professional licensed through the Lakeside Global Institute, Nadja also serves as Training Institute Coordinator at The Bucks-Mont Collaborative, connecting member organizations with the training and resources they need to thrive.
